Overview

Small molecule NNMT inhibitor that blocks the enzyme NNMT, preserving NAD+ and SAM inside adipocytes to shift them away from fat storage and toward burning energy. In obese mice it produced weight and fat loss without reducing food intake. No human trials have been published.
