Overview
Follistatin-344 (also known as FS-344, FST-344) is a peptide studied for myostatin inhibition, muscle growth, sarcopenia and muscle wasting models, and skeletal muscle mass studies. Strong evidence from AAV gene therapy studies shows 20%+ muscle mass increases in animal models. No human clinical trials exist for the subcutaneous form; dosing is based on animal studies and community protocols.
