Overview
TB-500 is the active C-terminal 17-amino-acid fragment of Thymosin β-4, a naturally occurring 43-amino-acid peptide. It binds to G-actin to prevent polymerization and promote cell migration, and upregulates VEGF to promote angiogenesis and tissue repair.
