Overview

Vesugen is a Khavinson bioregulator tripeptide composed of lysine, glutamic acid, and aspartic acid (KED) that targets the vascular system and protects blood vessels from age-related decline. It works through epigenetic regulation by interacting with DNA promoter regions, affecting Ki-67 gene expression and regulating SIRT1 protein levels. It enhances mesenchymal stem cell proliferation, reduces senescence markers, and may reverse the Senescence-Associated Secretory Phenotype (SASP).
