Overview
iRGD is a cyclic peptide (CRGDKGPDC) that binds to integrins on tumor blood vessels and tumor cells, then undergoes proteolytic cleavage to expose a CendR motif that binds to neuropilin-1, triggering tissue penetration and enhanced drug delivery.
