Overview
OS-01 is a proprietary peptide developed by OneSkin Technologies, marketed as the first topical senolytic peptide for skin. It is designed to selectively reduce senescent cells in skin tissue — aged, dysfunctional cells that accumulate with age and secrete inflammatory factors (the senescence-associated secretory phenotype, or SASP) that damage surrounding tissue. OS-01 is the active ingredient in OneSkin's topical skincare products.
